A Weekend of Fall Fun, Friendship, and Scouting Spirit
All Cub Scouts, their families, and friends are invited to our annual fall spectacular! Join us at Quail Hill Scout Reservation for a memorable weekend packed with classic autumn activities, outdoor camaraderie, and family camping.
Whether you are joining us for the daytime action or pitching a tent to stay overnight, Cubtoberfest is the perfect way to celebrate the season with your pack and loved ones.

Where: Quail Hill Scout Reservation
Gates Open: Saturday at 9:00 AM (Check-In & Campsite Set-up begins at 9:30 AM)
Activities Open: Saturday at 10:00 AM
Event Concludes: Sunday at 10:00 AM
✨ Weekend Highlights
Action-Packed Activity Stations: Open all day Saturday (with a brief break for lunch). Plus, we will be live with Jamboree on the Air (JOTA/JOTI)!
Annual Costume Parade: Pack your favorite Halloween costume! Meet at the Shooting Sports Pavilion at 1:30 PM to show it off.
Evening Movie: Unwind after a busy day with a family-friendly movie under the stars at the Campfire Ring starting at 7:00 PM.
Campfire & Fellowship: Enjoy a classic Scout campfire with your Pack attendees right at your designated campsite.
All-Faiths Service: Join us Sunday morning at 8:00 AM at the Camp Chapel to start the day. (A Scout is reverent—volunteers are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to help lead the service).
The Lass Lodge Trading Post: Open throughout the weekend! Stop by to pick up camp widgets, event sweatshirts, hats, snacks, cold drinks, and ice cream treats.
Registration & Event Pricing
We appreciate everyone signing up in advance so our volunteer staff can ensure we have plenty of materials and patches on hand! Â
Youth Regular Rate: $15 per person (ends Sept. 30)
Youth Late Online Rate: $20 per person
Adult Entry: Included with regular registration. Additional event patches can be purchased for $5 online.
Walk-In Registration: Walk-ins are accepted at the gate, but additional fees will apply.
Important Reminder: Online registration closes on October 13th. To ensure an accurate headcount, please register EVERYONE in your party in advance through the online system—including adults and youth under the age of 5.
