Are you a young adult passionate about medicine, science, or helping others? The Monmouth Council’s Annual Healthcare Exploring Program offers an exciting, week-long, hands-on immersion designed to introduce you to the vast and rewarding world of healthcare careers.

This intensive day program bridges the gap between the classroom and the real world, allowing participants to explore a variety of medical specialties through interactive activities and exclusive facility site visits.

📅 Program Details & Logistics

  • Dates: July 20–24, 2026.

  • Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.

  • Drop-off/Pick-up Location: Monmouth Council Service Center, Morganville, NJ.

  • Transportation & Safety: For all off-site healthcare facility tours, proper adult supervision and transportation are fully provided by the council.

  • Program Fee: $360 per participant.

  • Availability: Space is strictly limited to ensure a high-quality, hands-on experience.

What is Healthcare Career Exploring?

Healthcare Career Exploring is a dynamic, interactive program open to all young men and women ages 14 to 20 who want to gain a realistic look at the healthcare industry. Whether your goal is to become a surgeon, nurse, physical therapist, biomedical engineer, or medical administrator, this program gives you the foundation to map out your future.
