Whether your family is brand new to camping or seasoned outdoor enthusiasts, Family Camp provides a safe, hassle-free outdoor getaway filled with classic Scouting activities, campfires, and hands-on fun for all ages.
What Makes Family Camp Special?
Family Camp gives parents, siblings, and Scouts the chance to experience the magic of Scouting together. Choose to camp in your own tent under the stars or stay in one of our comfortable, rustic camp cabins!

๐ฏ Shooting Sports: Archery and BB Gun ranges supervised by certified Range Safety Officers.
๐ง Outdoor Skills & Crafts: Nature hikes, leatherwork, knot-tying, and hands-on outdoor crafts.
๐น Action Games & Field Fun: Lawn games, obstacles, and Scout skill challenges.

What to Pack for Family Camp
โบ Camping & Sleeping Gear
Tent with rainfly and stakes (if not staying in a cabin)
Ground tarp or footprint
Sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows
Sleeping pads, cots, or air mattresses
Folding camp chairs
๐ Clothing & Personal Items
Class A (Field Uniform) for campfire & Class B (Scout T-Shirt) for activities
Weather-appropriate clothing (dress in layers!)
Sturdy closed-toe shoes or hiking boots (required at all timesโno sandals/flip-flops)
Rain jacket or poncho
Toiletries, towels, and personal medicines
Reusable water bottle for each family member
Sunscreen, bug spray, and flashlights/headlamps
Important Camp Policies
Youth Protection & Supervision: Every youth must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or designated adult unit leader.
Footwear Policy: For safety, closed-toe shoes must be worn across all camp properties at all times.
Health & Safety: A completed Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A & B) is required for every participant (youth and adult) upon check-in.
