The trailer comes packed with everything your unit needs to host an eye-catching recruitment display:
Interactive Games & Activities: Lawn games, rain gutter regatta tracks, and hands-on Scout activity kits to keep kids entertained.
Event Displays & Signage: Branded pop-up canopies, banners, lawn signs, and registration table covers that grab attention.
Recruitment & Informational Materials: Flyers, “Join Scouting” promotional cards, and QR-code sign-up sheets for parents.
Event Logistics: Tables, folding chairs, and basic outdoor event equipment.

Reservation Guidelines & Eligibility
To ensure equal access for all units across our council, please review the following guidelines before submitting your request:
- Eligibility: Available to all chartered Packs, Troops, Crews, and Ships within Monmouth Council.
- Reservation Window: Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event date. Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pickup & Return Location: The trailer is housed at the Monmouth Council Service Center (Morganville, NJ) or designated camp properties depending on the season.
- Tow Vehicle Requirements: The requesting unit is responsible for assigning an adult leader (21+) with an authorized tow vehicle equipped with a standard 2-inch hitch ball and a working 4-pin/7-pin trailer light connection.
- Care & Inventory: Units are expected to return the trailer clean, organized, and with all equipment packed properly for the next unit.

How to Request the Membership Trailer
Check Availability: Review your event date with your unit committee to confirm setup and teardown times.
Submit the Online Request Form: Fill out the reservation form below with your unit details, event location, and tow vehicle driver information.
Confirmation & Pickup Details: A member of our Council Membership Committee or District Executive team will confirm your reservation within 2–3 business days with pickup instructions.
